Conference Terms of Service
Effective Date: August 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your registration for and attendance at The Callback Conference (the "Conference," the "Event"), presented by Skyler Basco Media LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By registering for, purchasing a ticket to, or attending the Conference, you ("Attendee," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not register for or attend the Event.
01 Tickets, Payment & Eligibility
Registration
All tickets must be purchased through our official registration platform. Ticket types, pricing, and inclusions (including General Admission and VIP tiers) are as described on the Conference website and registration page at the time of purchase.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Tickets are issued to a named individual and are valid only for that individual.
- Certain ticket tiers or add-ons (such as the VIP Private Boardroom APM Intensive) may have limited capacity and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
02 No Refunds, No Exchanges, No Transfers
All Sales Are Final
Ticket purchases for The Callback Conference are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under all circumstances, including but not limited to Attendee cancellation, inability to attend, illness, travel disruption, or dissatisfaction with the Event.
Tickets are non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, assign, or otherwise transfer your ticket to another person, and tickets may not be resold. Any attempt to transfer or resell a ticket may result in cancellation of the ticket without refund. Attendance is restricted to the individual named on the ticket, and we reserve the right to verify identity at check-in.
In the rare event that the Company cancels the Conference in its entirety, refund eligibility, if any, will be communicated separately and is at the Company's sole discretion.
03 Assumption of Risk, Health & Release of Liability
Attendance at the Conference is voluntary and at your own risk. By attending, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for your own health, safety, and wellbeing before, during, and after the Event, including any medical, dietary, allergy-related, or other health conditions.
- While the Company will make reasonable efforts to communicate known catering ingredients and accommodate disclosed dietary or accessibility needs, you are responsible for confirming that any food, beverage, materials, or activities at the Event are safe for you, and for carrying any necessary medications (such as an epinephrine auto-injector, if applicable).
- The Company, its owners, employees, contractors, coaches, speakers, sponsors, and venue partners (collectively, the "Released Parties") are not liable for any injury, illness, allergic reaction, loss, damage, or death arising from or related to your attendance at, or travel to or from, the Event, however caused, including by the negligence of the Released Parties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, damage, or personal injury, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable, that may be sustained as a result of attending the Conference.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, waive, and discharge the Released Parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of your participation in the Event.
Nothing in this section is intended to waive any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
04 No Guarantee of Outcomes
The Callback Conference is designed to provide education, community, and career resources for individuals pursuing Associate Product Manager (APM) and related roles. The Company makes no representations, promises, warranties, or guarantees regarding job offers, interviews, internships, admission to any program, or any other career or financial outcome as a result of attending the Event, participating in any session, or interacting with any speaker, coach, sponsor, or recruiter present at the Conference. Any results are influenced by factors outside the Company's control, and individual outcomes will vary.
05 Code of Conduct
The Callback Conference is committed to providing a respectful, safe, and harassment-free experience for all attendees, speakers, coaches, sponsors, staff, and venue personnel, regardless of background. By attending, you agree to:
- Treat all attendees, speakers, staff, and venue personnel with courtesy and respect.
- Refrain from harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or disruptive behavior of any kind, including based on race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, religion, or any other protected characteristic.
- Refrain from unwanted physical contact, offensive comments, or conduct that interferes with another attendee's experience.
- Comply with all venue rules and policies, as well as any instructions from Conference staff.
- Refrain from unauthorized solicitation, recruiting, sales, or distribution of materials without prior written consent from the Company.
The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove any attendee from the Event without refund for violating this Code of Conduct or for any behavior deemed disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.
06 Photography, Video & Media Release
The Event may be photographed, filmed, live-streamed, or recorded by the Company or its authorized representatives. By attending, you grant the Company a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your name, image, likeness, and voice, as captured in photographs, video, or audio recordings taken at the Event, for marketing, promotional, editorial, and archival purposes across any media now known or later developed, including but not limited to the Conference website, social media, advertising, and press materials.
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify Conference staff at check-in so reasonable accommodations can be made; however, the Company cannot guarantee exclusion from wide shots, group photography, or general event coverage.
07 Lateness & Doors Policy
Please plan to arrive on time. Out of respect for speakers, coaches, and fellow attendees, doors will lock at the scheduled start time. Attendees who arrive after doors have locked will not be admitted to the Event, regardless of the reason for the delay. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued for late arrival or missed entry.
08 Event Changes & Cancellation
The Company reserves the right to modify the Event agenda, speakers, venue, date, or format at any time, for any reason, including circumstances beyond its reasonable control (such as venue issues, weather, illness, or acts of God). In the event of a change, the Company will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Attendees, but such changes do not entitle Attendees to a refund except as described in Section 2.
09 Personal Property
The Company and the venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property brought to the Event. Attendees are responsible for their own belongings at all times.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your registration for or attendance at the Event, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The Company's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Event shall not exceed the amount you paid for your ticket.
