Skyler Basco is a 23-year-old first-generation Filipina-American woman born and raised in New York. Growing up as an avid lover of technology, Skyler wanted to achieve her American Dream: to work at Microsoft.
However, Skyler had no idea where to start. She had no network, no connections, no nepotism, no target degree, no money, and no resources for breaking into tech, let alone Corporate America.
MICROSOFT PM INTERNSHIPS
When she began her undergraduate studies, she was constantly rejected and ghosted by hundreds of companies. When she almost gave up on her “American Dream,” she suddenly she cracked the code. She interned–back to back to back–every summer at Microsoft three times as a Product Manager & Software Engineer Intern on the Viva Engage and M365 Core team.
FULL-TIME MICROSOFT OFFER
After completing her B.S. in Business Management at a non-target university, she landed a full-time $120K+ Product Manager offer at Microsoft, becoming the first woman in her bloodline to break into a six-figure corporate job and graduate college with a bachelor’s degree.
During her tenure at Microsoft, she landed a salary raise in her first few months of driving the integration of AI features for Microsoft Teams, including Copilot for enterprise admins.

Who is The Callback Conference for?
The Callback Conference is for ambitious women who want to land Associate Product Manager (APM) roles at every stage: women pursuing Bachelor’s & Master’s degrees seeking APM internships, graduating soon & seeking new grad APM jobs, recently graduated & seeking a full-time entry level PM role, or working a 9-5 in a different industry & wanting to pivot into Product Management.
Both tiers get access to the main stage in-person workshops. What changes is the depth of access. General Admission is general seating and food & refreshments. VIP adds VIP seating, Skyler’s Meet & Greet with Photo Op, lifetime workshop recordings, VIP merchandise, expedited check-in, and VIP-exclusive giveaways & awards.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
The Callback Conference takes place at a private venue in the borough of Manhattan in New York. For the safety of all attendees, the exact location is revealed only upon registration.
Where is the conference located?
When should I fly in and out?
Flight Arrival: You should arrive Wednesday evening (August 18th, 2027) to give yourself enough time to decompress, sleep, and wake up early the next morning for the event.
Flight Departure: Book your flight out for Saturday morning (August 21st, 2027). Though the event ends Friday evening at 5:00 PM, staying Friday night allows you to network, debrief, and execute what you’ve learned without rushing.
No. At this time, the event is strictly in-person only to cultivate a true intensive, transformational environment and facilitate live experiences.
Is there a virtual or livestream option?
Yes, the audience is strictly for women. The content and environment are intentionally tailored to the unique dynamics of female confidence, empowerment, and career growth.
